You went all the way to India and DIDN'T see the Taj Mahal?!

I know it seems inconceivable, but we just might miss this major attraction. It is a little bit out of our way and would be an additional expense. Also, our experienes at the most highly ranked "must do" sights haven't really been our favorite parts of this trip. We hear from quite a few people that the pushy sales people, tourist scams, crowds, beggars,and pickpockets rival the ones we encountered at the pyramids. We are still debating and we might end up going at the last minute, but as of now Baylie in front of the Taj Mahal is one iconic tourist picture you may not be seeing.

Bummer! Let's see...Venice and canal boats, Egypt with pyramids and camels....ya' just gotta have the Taj in India. It's not right NOT to. (I haven't heard anything about snake charmers, either...?) But, I get it and I know you're burnt out on the Indian experience. IF you can sneak a peek before you go, I'm guessing you'll be glad you did. Just a thought....

Maybe I can scrounge up a picture of my dad in front of it when he was in the service, & you can somehow work it into your pics!! I'm still bummed I didn't see a picture of Baylie with a Begal Tiger!!
