Hangin' out in Hua Hin

Took a shuttle bus to the city of Hua Hin today. Sad to leave the super quiet little beach front of Samroiyod, but I think I am going to like this city for a couple of days. We went to a mall (one of the most modern I've ever seen) so Baylie and Shawn could go bowling, and later we found an outstanding sidewalk restaurant called Moon Smile that had amazing food. Shawn works himself into tears at every meal here because he loves the spicy stuff but doesn't know when to quit!

Question of the day from Baylie: "What is with all these fat old white men talking to the young pretty Thai women? How do they know them?" Unfortunate vocabulary word of the day...prostitute. This place is really not that seedy, but she noticed the odd couples sitting at bars as we were walking to dinner. Well, she's seeing the world.

Check out Baylie getting a "fish massage"...

I want a fish massage!!

by Kim Loutzenhiser

I remember seeing a fish massage on Good Morning America a few years ago. It was all the rage. LOL Baylie seemed to love it! Neat that you'll ride the train from that little train station. It seems to be the main tourist attraction in Hua Hin. Be sure to snap a pic of the Royal Waiting Room. :-) xoxoxo

Oh my! does it smell like fish? Baylie looks like she is laughing her butt off. So funny! I can't imagine it feeling good, but maybe I am wrong. So, so funny! love you guys. Aunt Sheri

So proud of your diligence in researching the sites to see in each country! You're wearing me out - and I'm only reading your blogs:) I've heard of the fish massage before - she was very brave to do it. No way I could get Kellen to do that! Maybe Kaley...
